Empowering Education Through Technology

The Taus Foundation, under its mission to create educational opportunities for marginalized communities, has been implementing innovative learning programs. After training over 750 teachers from 65 schools in advanced English communication skills in collaboration with the British Council, the foundation has now launched its Robotics Education Program in 13 schools, enrolling more than 300 students. Plans are underway to expand the program to 1,000 students, entirely free of cost.

According to the foundation, the robotics curriculum is designed in alignment with the Telangana State Science and Math syllabus and also conforms to international standards such as NGSS, CSTA, and Common Core.

“Our vision is to promote inclusivity and build a knowledge-based society that empowers every learner, regardless of socio-economic background,” a spokesperson from the foundation said.

The robotics initiative not only enhances students’ technological aptitude but also fosters critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration—skills essential for the 21st-century learner.

With such initiatives, Taus Foundation continues its commitment to “Creating the Future” by preparing students to face global academic and technological challenges with confidence.
