Managing Director of Dawn Group of Schools, Wasi Meets Turkish Consul General, Discusses Educational and Trade Collaborations
Hyderabad (Same Day): The Director of Dawn Group of Schools, Mr. Wasi-ur-Rehman, met with the Consul General of Turkey, Mr. Orhan Yilmaz Okan, to discuss bilateral cooperation in the fields of education and trade. The meeting was held with a focus on strengthening Indo-Turkish relations, particularly in areas of mutual interest and potential development.
During the discussion, Mr. Rehman expressed his gratitude to the Turkish Consulate for its continued support and attention to educational and commercial exchanges between the two countries. He highlighted Hyderabad’s growing prominence in the field of education — from primary to higher education — and emphasized the potential for international collaboration.
The Turkish Consul General shed light on the wide range of trade opportunities available in Turkey and expressed the Consulate’s readiness to assist Indian entrepreneurs interested in exploring these avenues. He also acknowledged the contribution of Indian institutions in promoting academic excellence and welcomed future partnerships in the education sector.
Mr. Okan appreciated the efforts of the Dawn Group of Schools in fostering quality education and expressed a desire to work jointly to create more opportunities for students and institutions in both countries.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Hussaini Bakhtiyar, Joint Secretary of the Confederation of Indian Industry Development (CIID), and Mr. Tej Bahadur, Director of CITD, who echoed the need for enhancing bilateral ties through academic and commercial initiatives.
