Front Only Alternative to Manuvadi Politics, Says NDSF Chief
Hyderabad (Same Day): The National Democratic Secular Front (NDSF) alone provides a genuine alternative to exploitative “Manuvadi” politics, asserted its national president, Vadlamudi Krishna Swaroop, at the Front’s steering committee meeting held in Himayatnagar on Sunday.
Mr. Swaroop alleged that both the BJP-led NDA and the Congress-led UPA had failed to ensure constitutional governance, accusing them of pursuing economic policies that endangered the future of Dalits and Bahujans. “Only a united front of SC, ST, BC, and minority parties and people’s organisations can defeat these exploitative forces and secure social justice,” he said.
The committee resolved to contest upcoming local body polls and by-elections in 11 Assembly constituencies, while also announcing a mass rally in Hyderabad in October with the slogan “Save the Constitution, Protect Bahujan Rights.”
Leaders from the Republic Party of India, All India Scheduled Castes Council, Indian Lok Dal, Shiv Sena, Bharat Labour Praja Party, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, Mala Mahanadu, National BC Rights Council, Dalit Bahujan Students’ Federation and others participated in the meeting.
