Telangana Government Engages TGEJAC Ahead of Cabinet Meeting

Hyderabad, June 5: In a significant development, the Telangana government convened a crucial meeting with the Telangana Government Employees Joint Action Committee (TGEJAC) to address the 57-point charter of demands submitted by the employees' unions. The meeting was held under the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, with Ministers D. Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar also in attendance.

The TGEJAC delegation, led by Chairman Latcha Reddy and Secretary Eluri Sreenivasa Rao, presented their demands, which include the implementation of a 51% fitment in pay revisions, the release of pending Dearness Allowances, and the restoration of the old pension scheme.
