Seminar on robotics and drone systems at MCEME

The Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) will organise a seminar on Robotics, Autonomous Drone Systems and Additive Manufacturing for Defence Forces on February 27. According to Siva Hari Naik, Defence Public Relations Officer release, the seminar will be held at 8.30 a.m. at the MCEME Auditorium in Thirumalagiri, Secunderabad.

The seminar is expected to bring together students, faculty members, and researchers from various schools, engineering colleges, and technical institutions across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Participants will include students specialising in robotics, mechanical engineering, electronics, and emerging technologies.

The programme will feature expert talks, technical presentations, and interactive sessions highlighting recent advancements in robotics, autonomous drone systems, and additive manufacturing, particularly their applications in defence and strategic sectors. Officials said the initiative aims to foster scientific temper, innovation, and awareness among young learners about cutting-edge technologies relevant to national security.
