Shaik Rafath Jahan appointed National Working President of AIMIM Inquilab Party
Hyderabad (Same Day): The All India Majlis-E-Inquilab-E-Millat (AIMIM Inquilab) Party has appointed Shaik Rafath Jahan as its National Working President, a decision taken by the party’s National Body and formally approved by its National President, Advocate M.A. Qavi Abbasi.
The appointment, made in accordance with the party’s constitution and rules, was announced on Monday. Ms. Jahan, who hails from Hyderabad, Telangana, is known within the party for her involvement in public service and organisational activities.
Party sources said Ms. Jahan has been actively engaged in grassroots politics and has participated in the electoral process, including contesting the Jubilee Hills MLA by-election. Her appointment is expected to strengthen the party’s organisational structure at the national level.
As National Working President, Ms. Jahan will be responsible for expanding the party’s presence across the country, consolidating its organisational framework, and working towards its stated objectives of social justice and inclusive development. She will also be required to adhere to the party’s code of conduct and uphold the Constitution and laws of the country in her public role.
The party leadership expressed confidence that her elevation would help widen AIMIM Inquilab’s outreach, particularly among women, youth, and marginalised sections of society.
