Revanth Reddy pays tributes to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on the occasion of his first death anniversary, recalling his immense contribution to the nation as a distinguished statesman and an eminent economist.

Describing Dr. Singh as a leader of rare integrity and foresight, the Chief Minister said his services to India’s development would remain unforgettable. He noted that Dr. Manmohan Singh’s vision, humane approach and landmark economic reforms laid a strong foundation for a modern and progressive India, and would continue to guide future generations.

Mr. Revanth Reddy offered floral tributes at the portrait of the former Prime Minister. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Chief Minister’s Adviser Vem Narender Reddy, Legislative Council Chief Whip Patnam Mahender Reddy, and Nalgonda Member of Parliament Kunduru Raghuveer were present and joined the Chief Minister in paying homage.

The Chief Minister said Dr. Manmohan Singh would be remembered as a quiet yet resolute leader who steered the country through critical phases with wisdom, humility and a deep commitment to democratic values.
