Kavitha receives grand welcome at Shadnagar during ‘Jagruti Janam Baata’ Yatra

Shadnagar (Same Day):
Telangana Jagruti president Kalvakuntla Kavitha was accorded a grand welcome by party workers and supporters at Shadnagar on Tuesday while on her way to visit the Uddandapur Reservoir, part of the Palamuru–Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Project, as part of the “Jagruti Janam Baata” programme.

The reception was organised under the leadership of Seemala Ramesh Kuruma, Ranga Reddy district Jagruti in-charge. Several senior leaders, including district president Kappati Panduranga Reddy, state vice-president Kola Srinivas, state minority president Musthafa, BC wing general secretary Ram Koti, MBC state president Rachamalla Balakrishna, Andugula Satyanarayana, Uday Bhanu, Shadnagar town president Mahesh, Keshampet mandal president Venkatayya, Kottur mandal president Veerayya, Chowderpally mandal president Anji Kuruma, and Farooqnagar mandal president Mallesh, participated in the programme.

Women activists welcomed Ms. Kavitha with mangal harathi and traditional cheers as she arrived.

Speaking to reporters, Ms. Kavitha said that the Jagruti Janam Baata was launched to understand people’s problems at the grassroots level and work towards their resolution. “The outcome of the Jubilee Hills by-election will make little difference to the common people. What truly matters is addressing public issues and empowering communities,” she remarked.

A large number of Jagruti cadres and women supporters joined the yatra, raising slogans in support of Ms. Kavitha and Telangana Jagruti’s people-centric mission.
