Vacant seats to be filled at Government Degree College, Chanchalguda

Hyderabad (Same Day): The Government Degree College, Chanchalguda, has announced that vacant seats for the academic year 2025–26 will be filled through the Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) counselling process.

In a statement, College Principal Dr. Y. Ramalakshmi said that seats remain vacant across several programmes — B.A. EIM (8), B.A. V/M (23), B.Com (CA) (13), B.Com (BFSI) (60), B.Sc. Physical Sciences (31), and B.Sc. Life Sciences (4). Admissions will be made on the basis of merit and in accordance with the rule of reservation, she added.

Interested candidates have been advised to submit their applications along with the DOST-2025 registration form, original certificates, and one set of photocopies at the college office by 3 p.m. on September 15. Applications will be accepted only after verification of original documents.

The Principal clarified that students admitted under the spot admission process will not be eligible for scholarships or fee reimbursement. For further details, applicants may contact the college office.
