Guest Faculty Recruitment at Government Degree College, Chanchalguda

Hyderabad (Same Day): The Government Degree College, Chanchalguda, has invited applications from eligible candidates for the appointment of guest faculty in the Department of Computer Science/Applications. Two vacancies are to be filled, Principal Dr. M. Rama Lakshmi said in a statement.

Interested and qualified candidates may submit their applications along with relevant certificates at the college office on or before September 10, by 5 p.m.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55 per cent marks in the relevant postgraduate course, while SC/ST candidates require at least 50 per cent. Preference will be given to Ph.D. holders, followed by candidates with NET/SLET qualifications, and subsequently to those with only a postgraduate degree. Teaching experience will carry additional weightage during the selection process.

Adding to the woes, patients are also being asked to bring their own empty bottles to collect traditional halwa-based medicines—a practice described as both inconvenient and degrading by social activists and patient families. Hyderabad (Same Day): Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), through its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), has invited online applications for admission to its array of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes for the academic year 2025–2026.
