Deadline Extended for Financial Assistance Applications for Urdu Newspapers and Magazines

Hyderabad (Same Day): The Telangana Urdu Academy has extended the deadline for submission of applications under the annual financial assistance scheme for small Urdu newspapers and magazines for the year 2025-26. According to a press release issued by Mr. Taher Bin Hamdan, Chairman of the Telangana Urdu Academy, the new deadline for submitting applications is September 12, 2025 instead of August 31st.

Eligible publishers are required to submit their applications along with the following documents: RNI registration, bank account details with IFSC code, self-attested copies of bank passbook, Aadhaar card, PAN card, three recent issues of the publication, and three copies of an advance receipt bill amounting to ₹15,000. Additionally, a utilization certificate must be submitted.

Applications may be submitted either by post or in person at the Academy’s head office located on the 4th floor, Haj House, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Maulana Azad National Urdu University Invites Applications for ODL Programmes for 2025-26

Hyderabad (Same Day): Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), through its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), has invited online applications for admission to its array of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes for the academic year 2025–2026.
