Agarsen Bank Holds Annual General Body Meeting in Hyderabad


Hyderabad (Same Day): The Agarsen Cooperative Urban Bank Ltd. convened its Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) on Sunday in Hyderabad, with active participation from shareholders, board members, and senior officials.

The meeting was presided over by Shri Pramod Kumar Kedia the Chairman of the Bank, who presented the annual performance report for the financial year 2024–25. The report highlighted consistent growth in key financial indicators, including deposits, advances, and overall profitability.

Addressing the gathering, the Chairman expressed satisfaction over the bank’s financial health and thanked stakeholders for their continued trust. He reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to ethical banking, digital transformation, and inclusive financial services, particularly for the small business and middle-income segments.

Several key resolutions were passed during the meeting, including the approval of the audited balance sheet, profit and loss account, and dividend declaration. Discussions were also held regarding the bank’s roadmap for branch expansion, technological upgrades, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

The Board of Directors responded to queries raised by shareholders and assured them of continued transparency and good governance. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and appreciation for the cooperative spirit shown by all members.
