Vice President of TJA, Greater Hyderabad Committee Mr. Mohammed Asad Ali, to Undertake Pilgrimage to Madinah and Makkah


Hyderabad (Same Day): Mr. Mohammed Asad Ali, Vice President of the Telangana Journalists Association (TJA), Greater Hyderabad Unit, will be embarking on a religious pilgrimage to the holy cities of Madinah and Makkah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia next week.

The journey, which coincides with the 12th of Rabi Al-Awwal, commemorated as Rahmat-ul-lil-Alameen Day — marking the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) — will include Ziyarat at Masjid-e-Nabawi in Madinah, followed by the performance of Umrah in Makkah in the subsequent days.

Mr. Asad Ali is scheduled to depart for Madinah on Tuesday, and is expected to return to Hyderabad on September 17, 2025.

Speaking ahead of his departure, Mr. Asad Ali expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to visit the two sacred cities and requested members of the TJA, MGHS, and the wider community to remember him in their prayers for a safe journey and accepted pilgrimage.

This visit holds particular spiritual significance as it takes place during a deeply revered time in the Islamic calendar, drawing thousands of pilgrims from around the world.
