State Government Invites TGEJAC Leaders for Talks on September

Hyderabad (Same Day): Responding to the ongoing agitation by the Telangana Government Employees Joint Action Committee (TGEJAC), the State Government has invited the committee leaders for discussions on September 2 to address long-pending issues concerning government employees, gazetted officers, teachers, workers, and pensioners.

TGEJAC Chairman Mr. Maram Jagadishwar and Secretary General Mr. Eluri Sreenivasa Rao stated that they were formally invited by the State Government for dialogue aimed at resolving their longstanding demands.

On Thursday, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, along with Transport Minister Mr. Ponnam Prabhakar, and senior bureaucrats including Special Chief Secretaries Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sultania, IAS, and Mr. B.M.D. Ekka, IAS, Secretary Mr. Raghunandan Rao, IAS, Special Secretary Mr. Lokesh Kumar, IAS, and Mr. Krishna Bhaskar, IAS, met with TGEJAC representatives at the Secretariat to convey the government's intent to engage in talks.

Expressing gratitude, the TGEJAC leadership appreciated the initiative taken by the Deputy Chief Minister to facilitate the meeting. They stated that they look forward to constructive discussions and a positive resolution to the issues concerning thousands of employees across the state.
