Ekta Educational and welfare Society Vows to Uplift Marginalised Communities
Hyderabad (Same Day): The Ekta Educational and Welfare Society reaffirmed its commitment to the upliftment of marginalised communities, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and minorities, during its General Body Meeting held at its office in Falaknuma.
Speaking at the event, Society President Ms. Bibi Zainab emphasised the need for collective efforts to empower underprivileged sections through education, healthcare and employment opportunities. “Even today, many people in our society are deprived of basic facilities like quality education and medical care. Our mission is to bring these communities into the mainstream through sustained developmental initiatives,” she said.
General Secretary Mr. Mohammed Rafiq Ali expressed optimism about the society’s ongoing efforts, stating that their work is being strengthened with the support of community members and well-wishers. “We aim to focus our attention on meaningful development programmes that address the real needs of the people,” he added.
The meeting was attended by Telangana Vedika editor Mr. Khursheed Alam, SC Employees’ Association founder Mr. K. Bhujender Babu, social workers Mr. Mohammed Basheer, Mr. Feroz, Mr. Mohammed Sadiq, and others.
