Diploma in Magic Introduced at Telugu University


Hyderabad (Same Day): In a first-of-its-kind academic offering, Suravaram Pratapa Reddy Telugu University has invited applications for a Diploma in Magic (Indrajaalam) course, aimed at reviving and institutionalising the traditional art of magic.

According to Registrar Prof. Kotla Hanumantharao, candidates who have passed Class 10 are eligible to apply. The course will be conducted during evening hours at the University’s Nampally campus, he said.

The programme is designed to introduce students to the art and science of magic, including performance skills, sleight of hand, psychological illusion, and the cultural heritage of Indian magical traditions.
